Personnel

Grant McLennan is a property development executive with 28 year's experience in both domestic and international markets (spending nearly a decade in the middle east). 

Grant founded Montford Property in 2020 after 23 years of working across various property roles, including contractor, consultant and developer organisations both pubilc and private. 

Grant has an undergraduate degree in Construction Management from University of Technology Sydney (UTS) and is a fully licensed real estate agent in NSW. 

In 2018 and 2019 Grant participated on the judging panel for the UDIA (NSW) development awards for excellence across a number of categories including seniors living, mixed-use, industrial and retail.
