Vertical Retirement Village - Nundah (QLD)
Project Overview
The Nundah vertical retirement village project is located on a 2Ha site on Buckland Rd, Nundah and will consist of 5 low rise residential buildings with a total yield of 230 independent living units. The residential buildings will be set around a heritage listed chapel and a grand double hoop pine tree.
Residents will enjoy a 1,600m2 community centre with amenities such as dining and cafe, library, business suite, private dining, club lounge, billiards hall, yoga room, gymnasium, theatre, pool and bowling green.

- Draft development application / pre-lodgement - Nov 2023
- Heritage Exemption /Certificate (HEC) - Apr 2024
- Lodge development application Stage 1 - June 2024
- Development Consent - Feb 2025
- Design Development and ECI procurement - ongoing
- Marketing launch - Sept 2025
- Construction commencement - Feb 2026
- Stage 1 completion and handover - Sept 2027
