Medium Density Townhouses - Enfield (NSW)

Project Overview

The Enfield town house project is a medium density residential infill development valued at $120M consisting of 71 tri-level town homes (2, 3 & 4 bedroom) set within a landscaped private community overlooking Henley Park. The site is located between Liverpool Road (Hume Highway) and Georges River Road. 

The site has an existing commercial building on site and is surrounded by low to medium density residential development predominantly in the form of one and two storey detached dwellings. 

Project Advisory Services

MP worked on behalf of the landowner / equity financier and the role was to oversee the activities of the developer / partner. Services included;

  • Strategic oversight of the project and execution plan
  • Sitting on the project control group (PCG)
  • Monitor and assess project delivery team performance and provide advice and remedies for project improvement. 
  • Represent the landowner with external stakeholder interactions with local / state government departments and public relations matters. 
  • Manage existing commercial building tenancies on the site, leasing and tenancy management. 
  • Alternate development scheme optioneering to assess highest and best use and or divestment opportunities.
