Retail - The Landing at Parramatta (NSW)

The Landing (retail podium) formed part of a larger 60 level mixed use tower located in the Paramatta CBD on the banks of the Paramatta river. The Landing was spread across four podium levels with a mix of tenancies ranging in size from 30m2 up to 875m2. 

MP provided retail delivery services to the owner of the retail lot within the mixed-use development. Services included;

• Retail strategy and project visioning / branding
• Market analysis to determine optimum retail mix and preferred tenants / operator's. 
• Establishing tenancy design and fit-out guidelines.
• Engaging design consultant team for mall design and back of house area's. 
• Managing base build fit-out with main contractor of the overall development. 
• Review and endorse retail common area design. 
• Liaise closely with retail leasing team and closely monitor potential leasing opportunities. 
• Negotiate AFL's and lease terms with potential tenants.
• Guide the delivery team through the titling process for the retail stratum. 
• Manage budgets and expenditure and provide regular reporting to the owner.
