Builder Appointed for Homeless Youth Housing Project
Woollam Constructions, Queensland oldest builder, has been appointed by Anglicare Southern Queensland to build the 30 room youth housing project at Beenleigh, Queensland.
The site was handed over in early April 2025 and is due for completion in May 2026.

Builder commences at Village Manly
After a lengthy but fruitful early contractor involvement (ECI) process with reputable builder FKG Group, the Village Manly site at Oceana Tce Manly, overlooking Moreton Bay and the Royal Queensland Yacht Club, is now under construction.
Delivery of the first 78 luxury retirement apartments is due for completion in late 2026.
