Golf Course / Residential Redevelopment - Mango Hill (QLD)

The project involves the re-development of a 70Ha golf course which is currently dormant and a 'stranded asset'. 

The proposal is to create a vibrant mixed-use /residential development with community uses including retirement village, school, residential aged care, compact golf facility and outdoor recreation centre. 

MP are providing development management services to the landowner / developer. 

The masterplan was lodged with the local council (MBRC) in Nov 2022 and was later withdrawn in late 2023 to undergo a complete overhaul in line with revised market conditions. 

A revised masterplan is currently being re-worked and which includes retirement living, aged care, education, golf and outdoor recreation zones. 

A revised series of development applications will be lodged in the 2nd half of 2024.
